Name of the Chief: Mr.Mauatu.Teponga.

This is the traditional way of doing when a new chief  were elected for the Island. As you can
see at the picture on the right. One man pour juicy from a green coconut to the chief head.

The community gather around the meeting hall, to witness and they all eat poi (local food esp. for this type of event.
